Yoga 

The 3 Rivers Yoga Foundation is a local nonprofit dedicated to creating community, inspiring connection, and providing access to the power of yoga. Join us Monday evenings in January for a 60 minute all levels yoga flow class designed to bring strength, flexibility, mental focus, and overall well-being. This class is designed for anybody and everybody- no yoga experience required! No pre-registration is needed, just show up 15 minutes prior to class to ensure a prompt start time. Bring a yoga mat or beach towel and a water bottle, and wear comfortable clothes. This is a donation based class; suggested donation is $5 per person. All of the proceeds raised from these classes will help provide free yoga classes throughout the community.
